Powerful basis
WorkWizzz is based on the most up-to-date database, communication and Internet technologies and works via a standard web browser: very user-friendly;
no special software needed.

How does WorkWizz work?
With the help of WorkWizz, you make a digital outline for your communication materials. This involves showing via Internet how you want everything to look: the number of pages, which image materials and which text should be on which page, and so on.
A virtual working environment is then automatically created in which everyone can make his or her contribution. Using only standard web browsers, the author delivers the text, the photographer adds the images and the designer or advertising bureau provides the layout. People only get to see that part of the work for which they have authorisation. You retain the complete administrative overview, are able to direct the work of others and, where necessary, make adjustments. You can also use WorkWizz to check every page onscreen and carry out corrections straight away.

Communication during projects takes place via e-mail or messaging. WorkWizz can monitor deadlines and send a message if they threaten to overrun. You also decide yourself how you want to set up the workflow.
Safety first
WorkWizz is optimally secured. It is secured technically by firewall and backup systems. In addition to this, each participant makes use of a strictly personal login and password. With sophisticated rights management, you can let the system decide automatically who can see what in the system and which actions he or she may perform. Only people with the correct permissions may carry out corrections or approve production phases. All systems are mirrored and double backed-up.
