You make a digital outline ('flat plan') for your communication material. That means that you show via Internet how you want everything to look: the number of pages, which image material is going to be used, which pages advertisements go on, and so on. It’s really an online project folder with all the information needed by the people working on your communication material.

A virtual working environment is then automatically generated in which everyone can make his or her contribution. Authors supply text, photographers provide the images and the designer supplies the layout. People only see that part of the work they are allowed to.

You keep a complete administrative overview, are able to direct the work and, where necessary, adjust things. Control of materials proceeds smoothly. With WorkWizzPublisher you can check and correct each page directly on the screen.

Communication takes place via e-mail or messaging. WorkWizzPublisher can monitor deadlines and send warnings when there is a risk of these being exceeded.

Online proofing and approval
Online checking and approval via WorkWizzPublisher. That proceeds quickly but thoroughly. Because you can add comments to the online document you can, for example, send corrections to the relevant persons. Users authorised to do so can change the status of file to “approved” or “rejected”.

With WorkWizzPublisher you can also approve high resolution (hi-res) files such as PDFs online. You can also zoom in on each detail of an image or text and, where necessary, examine part colours and even carry out colour measurements. A fast and effective way of working.
