What are the requirements for my internet access?

WorkWizz makes use of the http Internet protocol.

This means that port 80 must be open. In order to enable up- and downloading also FTP access must be enabled via port 21.

The Internet access at your PC must allow sufficient speed.

Remark: Internet connections have different upload and download speeds. This will depend on your Internet provider. The upload speed in most cases is less and should preferably be at least 512 kbs. The faster your connection is the faster you will be able to upload or download of coarse.
