Paperclip International creates, manufactures and distributes greetings cards internationally. The cards are printed at various locations around the world.

The challenge
The approval process for various international product managers proceeded with difficulty and communication within the international organisation of Paperclip and between Paperclip and its external printers was also far from perfect. Its archive was not easy to search and not accessible for all interested parties.

The solution
An online WorkWizzImager workflow specially made to fit the needs of Paperclip. Lithographers deliver images online and designers can download image material. Paperclip optimises the image material, adds metadata, makes the greetings cards and puts PDFs back in WorkWizz.

Product managers can approve or reject cards online and, where necessary, add comments. After the PDF gets definitive approval, it is placed in folders available to the printers. The printers can then download it online.
