The basis for effective communication material is a clearly organised image management system. With WorkWizz, your images are always available online and can be found straight away. You determine who has access to which part of the image library. You also set out clearly who may, for example, add (upload), use (download) and release images.
It also provides a quick and easy way of checking online the images that have been delivered. You can then put approved images directly into the image library.
WorkWizz makes use of single-source dynamic imaging, which means that images for different uses, such as presentations, printed matter or the Internet, can be generated automatically from a single source file. The web interface allows you to indicate the required cropping and final format. Any image and colour adjustments are performed automatically. It is also possible to set up online shops for image users such as dealers, who can use it to search, order and/or download the image.
You can also use WorkWizz to make a digital outline for your communication materials.
Via Internet, you show how you want everything to look: the number of pages, which images and text should be on which page, etc. After agreement, everything is automatically placed in the layout. Ready-to-print files (PDFs) are then automatically generated.
